Google swiffy

The Google Swiffy Project was started on June 28, 2011. It was originally started by an engineering intern named Pieter Senster. He joined the "mobile advertising team" to search for solutions to display Flash content on devices that do not support Flash. Later he made a great progress and Google hired him and formed a team to start on the Swiffy project. The Product Manager of Google Swiffy is Marcel Gordon.

Swiffy converts Flash SWF files to HTML5, allowing you to reuse Flash content on devices without a Flash player (such as iPhones and iPads). Swiffy can't yet convert DoubleClick Studio creatives.

https://www.google.com/doubleclick/studio/swiffy/, open it. You can upload a SWF file, and Swiffy will produce an HTML5 version which will run in modern browsers with a high level of SVG support such as Chrome and Safari. It’s still an early version, so it won’t convert all Flash content, but it already works well on ads and animations.
Swiffy currently supports a subset of SWF 8 and ActionScript 2.0.
